After two years of travel passing several inhabited planets, they find a system of ten planets with two inhabitable planets, both relatively young, and begin to colonise the warmer inner planet, naming it Habitia, and setting up a scientific research station on the outer cooler planet, Secunda.

Planet Kirin is discovered during an early patrol by the colony's Naval Star Skiff, after a friendly exchange, diplomatic relations begin.

Friendly trade relations begin with the planet Tyfå.

Kalipse begins trade and diplomatic relations.

Eleven years after establishment of the colony the system adopts the name "Republic of Stellar Humanity". The National Democrats win the first elections.

The Church of Holy Unity openly declares a xenophobic policy; Tyfå condemns this as an act of hostility towards all sentient beings.

The Yencoron Family establishes itself as a preeminent commercial power; Efrin Yencoron consolidates his construction companies and sets up the Yencoron Charities.

Secunda begins agricultural production under the guidance of Edimaar Brukk and is consolidated as a full province of the republic. Alkirod Evrindor establishes a "Star Skiff" manufacturing facility on Habitia's moon.

Daimond Risilon joins the Socialist Alliance Party and becomes its second Treasurer. Gerald Curindor starts the first Credit Union, and quickly becomes involved with the Yencoron Charities.

First census by the Republic Population and Statistics Bureau records the population of Habitia at 7.8 Million, Secunda's population reaches 6 Million. Republic Navy establishes a Starship Base and construction dock over the outer planet of Paralass.

The Socialist Alliance Party wins a Double Dissolution election, toppling the NDP. The leader of the SAP, Bertold Marix  becomes President, Daimond Risilon appointed Prime Minister

Daimond Risilon resigns as PM citing "Ideologues have corrupted the foundation of the party," President Marix counters saying "Daimond, while a god man has not the fortitude for politics"

Marshal Law is declared after the SAP engineer a famine on Secunda; within two months the SAP ban all other political parties.

The beginning of the Civil War, the "Five Families," led by Alkirod ven Evrindor, publish leaked data on the SAP's involvement in the Secunda Famine, many are sceptical at first, but the oppressive regime of the SAP make many more take up arms, forming many small guerrilla and militia groups.

Daimond Risilon joins the rebellion, publishing his notes of meetings between him and President Marix, it is accepted that Daimond had nothing to do with the Secunda Famine.

The SAP's Local Minister at Eagletown, Liol Criff, executes 50 citizens for "Not believing in the Socialist cause" footage is smuggled out of the city and given to Efrin ven Yencoron, he then broadcasts the footage on hijacked Government Media Corporation TV channels. Many outraged by this join the growing rebellion.

The Battle of Eagletown: Efrin ven Yencoron leads an assault on the SAP forces who have taken the city hostage, with 500 men he personally leads the charge on the Municipal Chambers, being with the first to break into the building and personally shooting Liol Criff.

After securing Eagletown, the Five Families set up a permanent Headquarters and begin a concentrated effort to unite the disparate rebel groups.

After the successful reorganisation of the rebellion, they name themselves "The Democratic League" Efrin ven Yencoron is given operational command of the DL Armed Forces.

Battle of New Salford: Republic of Stellar Humanity Army units (approximately 15000 soldiers) defect to the DLAF, SAP Security Corp personnel retreat to Capital City. Chief of the RSH DF Brigadier James Hutton, defects to the DLAF and broadcasts a message for all RSH DF personnel to join him.

Battle of Wolfstoun: DLAF forces capture Wolf's Air Force Base, effectively crippling the majority of the SAP's air power. Wolf's Air Force Base also houses the oly other Spaceport on Habitia outside Capital City. Food supplies begin to be stockpiled to ship to Secunda

First battle of Capital City: DLAF forces numbering 10500 are repelled by SAP SC Storm Units of 7500 personnel, fanatical adherents of the President they do not give any ground. The DLAF set up a siege of Capital City.

Second Battle of Capital City: Efrin Yencoron takes command of DLAF units, the SAP tries to break the siege, but are repelled. The siege continues

Final Battle of Capital City: After the confirmation of the last citizens not loyal to the SAP leaving the city, Efrin ven Yencoron orders a total air strike on the capital, two days after the bombings start the SAP sue for surrender.

Official end of the Civil War, Alkirod ven Evrindor becomes provisional President. Capital moved to Eagletown.

Trials begin of the Socialist Leadership, to be as fair as possible lawyers from Kirin and Kalipse are brought in for the defence.

Alkirod ven Evrindor is killed along with many members of Parliament in a bombing orchestrated by a rogue SAP SC Colonel, Efrin ven Yencoron seizes emergency power, creating a "Council of National Unity" with the remaining MPs.

Efrin ven Yencoron writes a new constitution, with the assent of the Council of National Unity, creating the Aquilaan Kingdom. Eagletown formally recognised as the capital of the new kingdom, Capital City renamed Alkirodasted.

After new elections, the first Parliament elects Efrin ven Yencoron as King Efrin.

The Earth Alliance restricts trade with the Aquilaan Kingdom and other stellar nations as the Church of Holy Unity takes full power, declaring that all aliens and humans who have left Earth Alliance territory to be Anathema. Colony ships arrive at Habitia with many refugees telling of persecution by the Church of any not following their edicts.

The trials of the Socialist leadership end, many are given life sentences, Bertold Marix is sentenced to 500 years in Maximum Security, and they are all taken to a holding facility on the planet Rock.

The Skon'aa begin a war with the Earth Alliance: Tyfå, Vento, and Kalipse, ask the Aquilaan Kingdom to form a Mutual Protection Alliance, to stop the Skon'aa and Earth Alliance from using the war as a pretext for invasion. As part of the agreement the MPA's naval forces would patrol the borders between Skoni, Earth Alliance, and the MPA.

Elim Bucktor finds a mineral rich habitable planet near the Skoni border during a routine MPA patrol. As it is an Aquilaan Naval Ship that finds the planet the MPA gives nominal control to the Aquilaan Government.

Earth Skoni War ends with a cease fire and a Demilitarised Zone is set up to mark the border, the Aquilaan Government negotiates a settled boarder between Bucktor's Planet and Skoni. The MPA accepts Tyfå's argument that the Alliance continue as a further safeguard against Earth or Skoni Agression.

Kalpise is hit by a rogue meteor, the Aquilaan Kingdom co-ordinates the recovery effort, estimates of 5 Milliard casualties are given after the immediate impact, with 3 Milliard in need of assistance, the Kalipse Government falls under the pressure and MPA troops are used to keep order. Terraformer Atmosphere Scrubbers are sent from Tyfå to assist in atmospheric clearing.

The Provisional Kalipse Government (formed with MPA assistance) asks to federate with the Aquilaan Kingdom. After a three week debate in Parliament a bill is passed for an act of Federation with Kalipse.

Many refugees from Kalipse and the Earth Alliance are encouraged by tax breaks to colonise the new Provence.

Vento asks to federate with the Aquilaan Kingdom. With only 1 week of debate the Aquilaan Government passed a second Bill of Federation, accepting Vento as a new Provence.

Rissilon, Sålki, Caldani, Tyfå and Kirok asked to join the Aquilaan Kingdom, the Aquilaan Government passed the third Bill of Federation.

At the first session of the Aquilaan Parliament to include all of the newly elected members from the Provincial Worlds, a Bill for the formation of a Federated Empire, was passed granting all member worlds equal standing in the new Empire. Kirin remains independent but transfers its MPA Treaty to the new Empire.

The Federal Aquilaan Empire is formed, Efrin ven Yencoron abdicates as king, Prince Edmund is unanimously elected as the first Emperor. The Provinces are renamed Imperial Dominions. Habitia is renamed Aquila Magna.

Kirin applies for Membership in the new Empire, after a week of debate Kirin is accepted as an Imperial Dominion.

The various Armed Forces of the former Mutual Protection Alliance are reorganised as the Imperial Defence Force, Efrin ven Yencoron is given the ceremonial post of Captain General of the Aquilaan Army.

Imperial Aquilaan Police Force organised to handle Inter-Dominion crime. Imperial College of Arms formed.

The Imperial Navy Cruiser Alkirod ven Evrindor discovers a planet with large oceans, it is named Evrindor and quickly becomes a popular holiday planet, and its large oceans are also used by the navy for ship landing exercises.

Walter ven Curindor's Space Skiff becomes lost on a trip from Evrindor to Aquila Manga, when he gets back to Aquila Magna he tells of an inhabitable planet with a large ring system, it is quickly named for its discoverer.

Bertold Marix dies in prison after several strokes. His body is quietly cremated and his ashes scattered in space.

Curindor's first colonists discover that its soil is very fertile and tillable, it quickly surpasses Secunda as an Agri-World. Imperial navy begins a programme to build larger ships for the Navy with the announcement of the Ulysses Class Battleship.

An alien attack fleet slips past the Navy's outer perimeter and bombs Aquila Magna, resulting in approximately 10000 Casualties.
11 Ft Pika is established after the alien attack of Aquila Magna, it quickly stops a further invasion, but the Imperial Government votes to not pursue the aliens for the present.

After a third attempted attack, the Imperial Navy sends a scout force out to find the source of the alien attacks; they find a large Star-Base that's being used as a springboard for the aliens.

Launch of the Battleship Ulysses built over Paralass, she is the first Battleship built by the Navy and is tasked with capturing or destroying the Alien Star-Base, the Cruiser Alkirod ven Evrindor and a fleet of destroyers are sent as part of the flotilla.

Battlegroup Ulysses attacks the Alien Star-Base, driving the hostile fleet away and securing it as a Naval outpost, though it is not incorporated into the Empire's Territory.

Imperial Battleship Telemachus launched, it is quickly formed into the Home Fleet over Aquila Magna

IBS Nestor launched, it is tasked to the Kirin Orbital Defence Fleet

IBS Emperor Edmund launched, first of the Emperor Class Battleships and first ship built at the Evrindor Naval Dock, it is tasked with the Tyfåni Border Fleet patrolling the Aquilaan/Earth Alliance border.

IBS Aquila Magna launched, an Emperor class ship, she replaces the Telemachus at Aquila Magna, the Telemachus is tasked to Sålki as the Sålkan ODF's new Command Ship. En-route to Sålki, Telemachus discovers an inhabitable Planet, it's named Nehu Sålke after Sålki.

The Battleships Menelaus (Ulysses Class) and Prince Håkon (A one off Emperor Variant) launched simultaneously, IBS Menelaus is tasked to the Caldani ODF, the IBS Prince Håkon is tasked to Ft. Pika.

IBS Romulas launched, the last Emperor Class ship she's given the updated systems used in the IBS Prince Håkon and is tasked to Bucktor Border Patrol.

IBS Agamemnon launched, last Ulysses class ship, it is tasked to Kalipse as Command ship of their ODF.
The Imperial Navy begins construction of the Devastator Class Battleship, to be built at Paralass and Evrindor.

IBS Devastator launched from the Paralass Ship Yards, and is tasked to the Risilon ODF. IBS Cronus is launched from Evrindor and is tasked to Curindor ODF.

Imperial Navy develops its first Mobile Dock capable of FTL. The first one is deployed to Bucktor, while the second goes to Ft. Pika. Fourth attempted assault on the Empire by the enigmatic Alien fleet.

Emperor Edmund dismisses the Government over growing concerns by the public at its inaction against the Alien attacks on Aquilaan Space; the following election gives the newly formed Imperial Nationalist Party a clear Majority. Led by Gurfar Ty Fola, the first Tyfåni elected as Prime Minister. The first act of the new Government is to authorise a military attack on the next incursion and to pursue the Aliens to their home planet.

Ft. Pika is attacked by the Alien Fleet, the Imperial Fleet under Admiral Baran ven Curnidor, with the IBS Cronus, IBS Aquila Magna and their attendant squadrons ambush and destroys many of the invading craft, leaving several to flee being followed by the Imperial Scout Ship Dagger.

ISS Dagger reports that the alien craft have congregated around a planet in a Binary System; the Imperial Navy uses the data to plan a strike on the Alien Fleet. The ISS Dagger is joined by the ISS Hawk and the ISS Ranger. They keep out of range of the enemy ships and conduct a survey of the surrounding sector discovering a second planet in the Binary system, as they observe they see the Alien Fleet try to bombard the newly discovered planet.

The Imperial Fleet arrives over the second planet, having decided to help it rather fight the Alien Fleet over a self-protected planet.

ISS Ranger comes under attack while monitoring the first planet, Admiral Baran ven Curindor decides to send a strike force to block any reinforcements from the first Planet.

While engaged over the first planet a large flotilla of various ships comes in system and starts to attack the Alien Fleet, the flotilla's lead ship hails the Imperial Fleet.
Their leader, Meej L'oh Rid, advises that they are a resistance group trying to free several systems of the Alien Fleet, he tells the Imperial Commander that the Aliens are called the Kthalan Homogeny, and that they have been aggressively expanding their territory.

The combined Imperial and Resistance fleets free the first planet, called Kii, later that day Admiral ven Curindor's Fleet drives the Kthalan Fleet from the second planet, which is called Ton.

Kii and Ton are given Protectorate status by the Imperial Government, aid and engineering assistance is rushed to Kii and Ton as they were being starved by the Kthalan occupation forces. It is estimated that the reconstruction effort may last for five years.

IBS Zeus launched from Evrindor, it is tasked to Ft Pika.

For his role in organising and coordinating the Resistance against the Kthalan aggression, Meej L'oh Rid is given a Peerage of the Aquilaan Empire, with the title of Duke of Kii, he is the first person outside of the "Five Families" to be made a Duke. Later that day Meej L'oh Rid advises the Defence Strategic Council of several other planets being occupied by the Kthalan Homogeny, it is decided to fold the Resistance forces into the Imperial Navy and pursue the Kthalan forces out of these other systems.
